Job summary

You Thrive Florida in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage all billing activities for the Senior Services Program. The role requires accurate data entry, timely submission of worker logs, and proficient use of Excel to support financial workflows.

Responsibilities include reviewing billing documents, updating eCIRTS data, and producing required reports. The position offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and PSLF-qualified employer status.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of billing experience; accounting background preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and be insurable.
• Background checks and clearance for working with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular billing and submit worker logs and billing grid as required.
• Review billing documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Update billing information in eCIRTS promptly and accurately.
• File billing records and logs; maintain confidentiality.
• Submit invoices and client reports to finance; enter data in ServeTracker.
• Provide billing training to provider staff and assist with data reports.
