Job summary

You Thrive Florida seeks a full-time Billing Specialist for the Senior Services Program in Hernando/Polk Counties. You will handle billing related activities, ensure timely submission of worker logs and billing grids, and maintain data in eCIRTS and ServeTracker.

The role requires at least one year of billing experience, proficiency with Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• One year billing-related experience required; accounting background preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular contact with service providers to ensure timely submission of logs and billing grid.
• Review billing documents to ensure quality standards.
• Update billing information in eCIRTS.
• Submit eCIRTS reports, invoices, and client reports to finance.
• Enter data into ServeTracker for client tracking and reporting.
• Provide training to provider staff on billing requirements.
• Complete retroactive change forms as required.
• Assist in data reports and statistics submissions.
• Answer phones and provide information as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings; maintain confidentiality.
