Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounting support, or administrative support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly billing processes and weekly reporting.
• Produce client invoicing, partial and final billing with documentation.
• Maintain billing records and coordinates with operations, sales, and clients.
• Assist with subcontractor invoicing, waivers, and deposits.
• Balance expense and revenue reports and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
