Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices and billing proformas.
• Partner with attorneys to ensure billing accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs).
• Manage electronic billing submissions and resolve rejections.
• Collaborate with internal teams including AR, eBilling, and Cash Applications.
