Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret basic contract language or redlined documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to meet billing deadlines.
• Clear communication with field staff, project managers and customers to resolve billing questions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate invoices for completed field service work using job reports and work orders.
• Review customer redlines and related documentation for billing changes or clarifications.
• Coordinate with field teams and project managers to verify job completion details before invoicing.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation, including time entry.
