Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage full-cycle billing across multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will process invoices, credits, adjustments, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and policies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Two or more years of billing/accounts experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of full-cycle billing and AR/AP processes.
• Experience handling invoices, credits, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Experience managing high-volume workloads with multiple accounts.
• ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle billing for multiple customer accounts, including invoices, credits, and reconciliations.
• Reviews billing data and contracts for accuracy and compliance with requirements and policies.
• Maintains accurate customer records and completes billing cycles on time.
• Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly.
• Responds to billing questions with clear, professional resolutions.
• Performs monthly account reconciliations and analyzes billing trends.
• Monitors outstanding balances and assists with collections as needed.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Assists in month-end and year-end close tasks related to billing.
• Identifies opportunities to automate and streamline billing processes.
• Provides feedback on process improvements and supports implementations.
• Uses Excel and accounting systems to review large data sets.
