Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Billing Representative to generate accurate invoices and support timely billing across departments. You will review work orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation while embodying the CoolSys CARES culture.

The role requires 1-2 years of billing experience, strong organization, and the ability to interact with management. Proficiency with Dynamics, Excel, and standard business tools is preferred; some travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of billing experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Knowledge of billing, payroll, and payable procedures.
• Proficiency with typical business tools (Email, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review service work orders in Dynamics to produce accurate invoices.
• Research discrepancies and obtain documentation from managers.
• Enter cost/billing adjustments as requested by Service Manager.
• Communicate with Service Managers, Technicians, and Account Specialists daily.
• Post daily invoices in Dynamics after review.
• Process credit and rebills as required.
• Submit final invoices by mail, email, or online entry.
• Maintain historical invoice data for managers or customers.
