Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communication with internal and external customers to collect documentation for invoicing, inputting, and processing transactions into billing systems.
• Answer customer billing questions and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Understand and execute administrative procedures, policies, and practices.
• Communicate with people within the organization (answer questions, address and elevate concerns or issues, resolve basic problems, input data etc.).
• Distribute/Track outgoing correspondence to external customers for return compliance and authorization.
• Prepare billing information and verify any changes to support accurate and efficient billing process and financial close.
• Understand contract implications and implement invoicing in compliance with customers needs.
