Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in admin, business, finance, payroll, or transportation/logistics.
• Ability to act professionally and adapt to changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers to collect documentation for invoicing.
• Input and process transactions into billing systems.
• Answer billing questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Explain administrative procedures and policies clearly.
• Distribute outgoing correspondence for return compliance and authorization.
• Prepare billing information and verify changes for accurate close.
• Understand contract implications and enforce invoicing per customer needs.
