Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Energy industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in remote or office environments.
• Occasional overtime may be required for special projects.

• Investigate and resolve customer billing issues accurately and within required timelines.
• Execute key operational controls in accordance with compliance and risk management procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Audit invoice details to ensure accurate customer billing and revenue recognition.
• Participate in assigned projects and support additional departmental initiatives as required.
