Billing Specialist II

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage statements, AR, and revenue reporting in our fast-paced environment. You will generate and distribute statements, reconcile client accounts, maintain data integrity in the Portfolio Management system, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate invoicing and timely rebates for terminated clients.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with onsite work four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, and Microsoft Suite, or competency/ability to learn quickly.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requests.
• Able to work independently.
• Enjoy being part of a team.
• Must be highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm matters.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States; Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents for U.S. employment opportunities, subject to stated exceptions.
• Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged sitting and computer work.
• May be required to lift up to 15 pounds
• Required to work onsite 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Generate billing statements according to relevant client agreements and fee schedules
• Distribute billing statements to clients

• Work with the Data Integrity and Reporting team to maintain accurate billing-related data in the Portfolio Management system

• Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership
