Job summary

Perkins Eastman, a global architectural design practice, seeks a Finance & Accounting professional in a hybrid role. You will manage high-volume invoicing, ensure accuracy per contracts, and collaborate closely with project teams to keep billing on schedule.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and at least 2 years in professional services, with Deltek Vision experience. Location options include Dallas and other cities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a professional services environment, preferably in Architectural/Engineering/Construction.
• ERP experience with Deltek Vision.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of complex bills.
• Ensure invoicing is timely/accurate per client contract and internal controls.
• Coordinate with project managers/accountants on invoicing activities.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and analyses; follow up as needed.
• Review unbilled labor to ensure services billed timely.
• Correspond with client inquiries and troubleshoot; escalate when needed.
• Assess net billing vs net revenue monthly.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
