Job summary

Choice Legal is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team onsite in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on accurate invoicing of client and carrier bills by following standard policies and using various billing software.

You will review client orders and supporting documents to verify accuracy before processing invoices, bill invoices in hardcopy and electronic form, and monitor emails for rush orders. Monday to Friday, flexible between 8am to 7pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum six months relevant billing experience.
• Knowledge of billing procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Bill invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Analyze invoices and client's orders and/or supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor emails for critical orders or rushes and process promptly.
• Report daily productivity to Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
