Responsibilities

• Reduce outstanding accounts receivables for assigned customers.
• Obtain missing documentation to meet billing requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Audit billed charges for validity.
• Set up automated aging reports and monitor aging.
• Contact customers to check payment status.
• Apply customer payments to invoices and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with JB Hunt employees and customers to resolve inquiries.
