• Accurate and timely invoicing for low-complexity accounts.
• Direct the application of customer payments to outstanding invoices.
• Audit billed charges for validity and resolve billing issues with customers.
• Build relationships with JB Hunt employees and external customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and meet goals.
