Responsibilities

• Contact internal and external customers by phone and email to retrieve and image required paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of department procedures related to work performed.
• Maintain quality results and standards as defined by the department.
• Maintain, retrieve and manage information for efficiency and accuracy.
• Understand and implement administrative systems, procedures, policies, and practices.
• Communicate with people inside and outside the organization to answer questions and resolve basic problems.
• Compile, copy, sort, and maintain files and records.
