The Silver Lining in West Bend, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support policyholder billing, payment processing and account maintenance. You will handle endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, and disbursements, working with customers, agents, and internal teams in a collaborative, numbers-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Billing, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Billing experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving ability in a team setting.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Some college credits or Insurance designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports billing of policyholders insurance premium and posting payment receipts.
• Provides excellent customer assistance to policyholders, agents, and internal associates via multiple channels.
• Prepares correspondence and takes action on delinquent accounts.
• Sorts and processes billing work such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, and disbursements.
• Adapts to and supports continual change.
