The Silver Lining in West Bend, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support policyholder billing, payment processing and account maintenance. You will handle endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, and disbursements, working with customers, agents, and internal teams in a collaborative, numbers-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Billing, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Job Summary

This role supports policyholder billing, payment processing, account maintenance, and customer service while handling items such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, and disbursements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable with numbers and technology, and able to problem-solve effectively in a collaborative environment.

Work Location

This position offers a hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of training(approximately 4 months). The position will be based in West Bend.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Salary Statement

The hourly range for this position is $21.64-$27.05

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
