• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients on a regular schedule.
• Review billing statements for discrepancies and resolve issues with clients promptly.
• Process customer payments and maintain updated records of transactions.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, providing timely and effective responses.
• Maintain and update billing data and client information in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports on billing activities and account status as required.
• Support month-end closing procedures related to billing and accounts receivable.
