Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients on a regular schedule.

• Assist clients with billing inquiries, providing timely and effective responses.
• Maintain and update billing data and client information in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports on billing activities and account status as required.
• Support month-end closing procedures related to billing and accounts receivable.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to manage our billing processes at Gourmet Home Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, processing payments, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate billing while providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually, contingent upon experience and expertise.
