Job summary

PECO is seeking a Billing Specialist to review and resolve customer billing exceptions by analyzing meter data and account information across multiple systems. You will work with IT and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and to support special requests.

Responsibilities include processing residential, commercial, and industrial bills, data requests, rate analyses, and retroactive adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Proficiency with CIMS and MDM systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work in a high-performance team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve residential, commercial, and industrial billing exceptions.
• Process meter data in MDN/MDM and update billing determinants.
• Collaborate with departments on data requests, rate analysis, and billing adjustments.
• Support billing audits and SOX controls.
• Identify process improvements and participate in related projects.
