Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Billing Specialist in the United States (Arizona) to support multiple departments with invoicing, account research, and payment processing. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The base salary range is $36,000–$40,000 with performance-based incentives; PTO, 401(k) with match, and wellness programs are offered. This is a full-time, on-site position with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to clients and carrier contacts; attends meetings and calls.
• Assists wide range of other departments within NFP – Accounting, Account Managers, Risk Placement Specialists and Processing.
• Performs invoicing, applying payments, verifying Finance Loans are accurate prior to submitting and servicing billing correspondence from the client or co-workers.
• Creates and maintains client files in the Agency Mgmt. System in accordance with office procedures and works thoroughly within the system.
• Assists with billing questions from clients and insurance personnel with assistance from Accounting Dept. when necessary.
• Emailing and/or mailing documents to clients or insurance personnel.
