The base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $73,000, determined by experience, credentials, and location. In addition to base pay, performance-based incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Employee Benefits Administration.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vendor liaison for clients and maintain renewal timelines.
• Perform problem-resolution for ongoing or escalated issues.
• Run carrier reports or request monthly reports from carriers.
• Negotiate with vendors for quotes, review contracts, and provide renewals recommendations.
• Provide proactive customer service and HR support.
• Maintain client files and databases with all data.
• Support implementation and compliance onboarding for new business lines.
• Complete fully insured renewal packages for clients.
• Assist onboarding of new business cases and lines on designated accounts.
• Experience with Voluntary Benefits, Work Site Products, and Enrollment/Eligibility for Clients.

Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Vendor Liaison for clients
• Responsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines
• Problem-resolution for ongoing or escalated issues
• Responsible for running carrier reports where applicable, or ordering monthly reporting directly from the carrier
• Responsible for negotiating with vendors to provide competitive quotes. Provide contract review, comparisons and recommendations for renewals by established deadlines
• Proactive customer service and HR support
• Maintain internal files and databases with all client data
• Implementation and compliance support
• Proficient in completing fully insured NFP renewal package

• Assist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accounts
• Experienced in Voluntary Benefits, Work Site Products and Enrollment/Eligibility Options for Clients to include Benefits Administration Systems
• Proficient in carrier alternatives, products and systems
• Attendance at weekly Health and Welfare meetings, planning sessions and NFP-Sponsored events

Desired Qualifications:

5 years' experience in Employee Benefits Administration. Bachelor Degree preferred.
