NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Billing Specialist to support multiple departments with data-entry, invoicing, and billing research. You will collaborate with Accounting, Account Managers, and Processing teams to ensure accurate and timely billing across client files within the agency management system.

The role emphasizes teamwork and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a base salary range of $36,000–$40,000 plus potential incentives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of billing experience or training.
• Proficiency in data-entry and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to clients and carrier contacts; attends meetings and calls.
• Assists Accounting, Account Managers, Risk Placement Specialists and Processing.
• Performs invoicing, applies payments, verifies loans are accurate prior to submitting.
• Creates and maintains client files in the Agency Mgmt. System in accordance with procedures.
• Assists with billing questions from clients and insurance personnel with Accounting support as needed.
• Emails and/or mails documents to clients or insurance company personnel.
