Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years’ experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial operations.
• Experience reviewing contracts and preparing customer invoices.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and project information to ensure accurate billing and compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare and process invoices, change orders, and billing-related transactions in accordance with contractual terms and deadlines.
• Analyze billing data, project ledgers, and accounts receivable records for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Monitor customer payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with collections to reduce outstanding balances.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring financial records and documentation are complete and accessible.
• Manage customer billing portal activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth invoicing.
