Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle billing process from pre-bill through final invoice
• Prepare, edit, and finalize complex client invoices
• Handle electronic billing (e-billing) through various client billing platforms
• Review and follow client billing guidelines and requirements
• Submit invoices through e-billing portals and monitor their status
• Research and resolve rejected invoices, billing discrepancies, and other issues
• Make billing adjustments, transfers, and corrections as needed
• Work directly with attorneys to review and finalize monthly billing
• Maintain accurate billing records and client/matter information
• Assist with billing inquiries and reporting as needed

We’re partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to hire an experienced Legal Billing Specialist for a 100% remote opportunity.

The Opportunity

The Legal Billing Specialist will manage the full billing cycle for an assigned group of attorneys and clients. You’ll work closely with attorneys, finance leadership, and other billing professionals to ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with client requirements.

This position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle billing process from pre-bill through final invoice
