(Not Owner’s Agent or Consultant or GC)* OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.* Ability to use current technology (i.e., laptop computer, tablet, smartphone, Microsoft Teams)* Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers* Ability to work within precise standards of accuracy, make decisions based on measurable criteria and comprehend technical data* Ability to demonstrate foresight and problem-solving skills to make sound business decisions* Experience with management of active work in progress of $15k - $20m across several projectsEOE M/W/Disability/VetsVeterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.
