Job summary

Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices for service work orders, maintenance agreements, and project-related activities.
• Review completed work orders and scope notes to ensure labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and billable expenses are accurate.
• Coordinate with technicians, project managers, and service teams to verify billing details and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor open work orders, billing queues, and aging reports to ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Support customer billing inquiries, maintain customer account information, and assist with monthly reporting and audit preparation.
