Job summary

Minutehouse seeks a Billing Specialist to convert contracts, time records and usage reports into accurate invoices and ensure payments are received on time. This is a remote, nationwide, full-time role.

You will prepare monthly invoices, confirm billable hours with project leads, apply payments, issue credit memos and chase past-due invoices. 1–2 years billing/AR experience and QuickBooks Online or NetSuite are preferred.

Qualifications

• One to two years in billing or accounts receivable.
• QuickBooks Online or NetSuite.
• Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Our clients pay in different ways: fixed fees for a build, monthly support retainers, hosting charged by usage. The Billing Specialist turns contracts, time records and usage reports into correct invoices and makes sure they get paid. Remote, anywhere in the U.S., full-time.

You will
