Eaton Metal Products is a drug-free, dynamic organization looking for a Billing Specialist to join our finance team. We have been in business for over 100 years and pride ourselves on integrity and excellence.This will be a 100% in-person position in our Denver, CO location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Billing Specialist you would be responsible for preparing detailed invoices for customers, uploading completed customer invoices to various portals, entering time for hourly employees & other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Prior billing experience

Proficiency in Excel

Great attention to detail

Have ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively

Sage100 experience is a plus

• 8-hour shift
