Mansioni

• Handles day to day invoicing questions.
• Invoices pick tickets daily and ensures any remaining from previous days shipments are taken care of.
• Completes export papers for international shipments.
• Schedules heavyweight truck shipments and completes bills of lading for shipments.
• Handles customer and freight forwarder phone calls.
• Views open reports daily to ensure all material has been invoiced.
• Assist the shipping department on any questionable shipment procedures and guidelines.
