Job summary

WireMasters Inc. seeks an invoicing clerk to ensure accurate, timely billing supporting customer shipments. You will handle daily invoicing questions, process pick tickets, and prepare export papers for international shipments.

You will schedule heavyweight truck shipments, complete bills of lading, monitor reports, and assist the shipping team with procedures. Strong communication and customer service are essential in this at-will role.

• Invoicing pick tickets daily and resolve leftovers from prior days.

• Handles calls from customers and freight forwarders.
• Reviews open reports daily to ensure all material is invoiced.
• Supports shipping with procedural guidance and WireMasters values.

Job description

Basic Function: The invoicing clerk works to ensure that invoicing and billing duties are completed in a timely manner, so that shipments are delivered to our customers timely and are billed correctly.Responsibilities:Handles day to day invoicing questions.Invoices pick tickets daily and ensures any remaining from previous days shipments are taken care of.Completes export papers for international shipments.Schedules truck (heavyweight) shipments and completes bill of ladings for shipments.Handles customer and freight forwarder phone calls.Views open reports on a daily basis to ensure all material has been invoiced.Assist the shipping department on any questionable shipment procedures and guidelines that they might encounter.Support WireMasters Core Values; Service, Gratitude, Excellence, Quality, Integrity, Family.This list is not to be considered comprehensive, and WireMasters Management retains the right to modify the contents of this document at any time.
