RXO Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Billing and Settlement in Georgia to lead a team of billing analysts and drive efficiency across the billing lifecycle. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure accurate resolutions, and partner with internal teams to implement new billing technologies.

The role emphasizes supervision, workload balancing across locations, and strong communication to deliver world‑class service to customers and carriers in North America.

Competenze

• 5 years of audit, accounts receivable/payable, load planning, transportation, or logistics experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.

Mansioni

• Supervise and develop a team of billing and resolution analysts, managing day‑to‑day operations and productivity metrics.
• Measure and distribute workload across multiple locations; maintain SOP documentation.
• Address issues promptly and inform parties of timely, accurate resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to adopt technologies and practices improving daily functions.
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts; identify errors and duplicate billing.
• Improve the efficiency of routing freight bills and the billing cycle from carrier to client payment.
• Assist in creating design requirements and implementing new billing paperwork processing technology.
