Job summary

Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) is seeking a CX Revenue Support Representative (Billing) to handle revenue related inquiries, process billing exceptions, and ensure billing accuracy and SOX compliance. You will work under limited supervision to support customers and ensure timely, compliant billing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED with three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to write complex correspondence and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with CIS Banner, InContact, SharePoint and BI tools; strong MS Office/Adobe Acrobat skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes and determines needed actions for all statewide billing exceptions using various reports.
• Initiates check reads and meter exchanges based on readings and consumption analysis.
• Reviews and initiates rate changes on customer accounts to satisfy tariff requirements.
• Communicates with account managers on billing issues, rate changes and meter exchanges.
