Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Revenue and Finance Automation specialist to drive billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition solutions for customers in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will partner with sales, pre-sales, and engineering to design Stripe-based quote-to-cash architectures and scale best practices across teams.

The role emphasizes deep expertise in order-to-cash processes, GAAP/IFRS, and ERP integrations, with hybrid/remote work options to balance collaboration and independence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture focused on billing/revenue management
• Hands-on order-to-cash experience in SaaS, incl. subscription lifecycle, dunning, revenue recognition
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and ERP/billing software integrations

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on Stripe Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition products to accelerate opportunities
• Demonstrate deep order-to-cash understanding including subscription/billing, dunning, and revenue recognition workflows
• Conduct discovery of customers' billing architecture to architect Stripe-based quote-to-cash solutions
• Advise on complexity handling: mid-cycle upgrades, entitlement management, multi-currency revenue recognition
• Create and share reusable assets to improve sales/pre-sales efficiency
• Partner with Billing product sales and drive opportunities with Stripe's largest customers
• Serve as Voice of the Customer to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization
• Identify trends and provide insights to product and sales stakeholders
• Escalate complex technical issues to Stripe engineering for resolution
• Represent product health in quarterly forecast calls and address blockers
