Job summary

Stripe seeks a Revenue and Finance Automation specialist focused on order-to-cash, billing, and revenue recognition to help customers design solutions on Stripe Billing. You will collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to architect scalable offerings and align financial operations with GAAP/IFRS standards.

You’ll engage with senior leaders, craft reference architectures, and drive opportunities for Stripe’s largest customers while contributing to a strong revenue roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture with billing/revenue focus
• 3+ years in order-to-cash in SaaS, including subscription lifecycle, dunning, revenue recognition
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 for SaaS/usage models
• Experience with billing/ERP software (NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Zuora, BillingPlatform)
• Strong software engineering and API integration knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity
• Experience integrating Stripe or RESTful APIs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Stripe Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition to accelerate opportunities
• Map order-to-cash processes to Stripe capabilities for customers
• Discover customers' billing architecture and architect Stripe-based solutions
• Advise on complex billing: mid-cycle upgrades, multi-currency revenue recognition, ERP integrations
• Create reusable assets and reference architectures to scale sales efforts
• Partner with Billing product sales to drive opportunities with key customers
• Represent customer VOICE to influence product roadmap and prioritization
• Identify market trends and provide actionable insights to product and sales
• Escalate complex technical issues to Stripe engineering for resolution
• Communicate quarterly forecast health and address blockers with solutions
• Support marketing events and executive briefings
