Job summary

Southern Design Companies (SDCo) is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role emphasizes organized file management, order processing, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains customer files using project management software.
• Receives sales orders from customers and processes them through QuickBooks.
• Communicates with field employees to ensure accuracy of project details and information including scheduling.
• Communicates scheduling and logistics information or issues with customers.
• Manages project revenue cycle to include creating sales orders, invoicing, billing, posting customer checks, and collections.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
