Job summary

SPS Health, LLC is seeking an Operations & Revenue Coordinator to bridge onshore and offshore teams, ensuring accurate billing and contractor pay while improving processes. You will validate data, review Power BI dashboards, and coordinate route and pay changes across systems.

The role requires data validation, cross-functional communication, and a continuous-improvement mindset to reduce errors and accelerate workflows in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, accounting, finance, logistics, operations, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in logistics operations, revenue operations, billing, contractor settlements, or related fields.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drive resolution.
• Experience with logistics billing, settlements/pay, accounts receivable, and related workflows preferred.
• Experience with TMS, billing or payment systems, client portals, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational liaison between onshore and offshore teams for billing and contractor pay processes.
• Review Power BI dashboards and reports to identify trends, exceptions, and required actions.
• Coordinate driver corrections, route updates, pay changes, and data updates across systems.
• Validate data before and after changes to ensure accurate customer billing and contractor pay.
• Extract and reconcile data from multiple sources to support operational decisions.
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives, automation, and dashboard enhancements.
