Job summary

SPS Health seeks an experienced Revenue Operations Coordinator to oversee revenue operations for the Statim Logistics line. You will focus on billing accuracy, TMS data integrity, pricing and pay configuration, and client/driver account setup, settlements, and collections.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Dispatch, and IT to resolve discrepancies, improve cash flow, and support scalable process improvements across logistics operations. Hybrid work from Mendota Heights is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or finance.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or related ops.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in billing or revenue functions.
• Strong understanding of logistics revenue operations and pay/price config.
• Experience with TMS, client/pay portals, billing systems, and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics revenue operations, billing, and collections.
• Ensure workflows reflect service levels, routes, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate to resolve discrepancies and improve cash collections.
• Manage TMS and client portal configurations affecting billing and pricing.
• Establish controls for account creation, pay inputs, and automation.
• Act as owner for system enhancements, integrations, and process changes.
• Track metrics on billing turnaround, AR, settlements, and margin.
• Identify trends and drive improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
