Job summary

Eagle Telemedicine is seeking a Billing Manager to oversee end-to-end billing operations, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements. The role includes managing a small billing team, supervising onboarding, and ensuring contract compliance across multiple states.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing workflows, support audits, and analyze KPIs while maintaining high-quality service for hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable in a professional setting.
• Ability to interpret and apply contractual billing terms.
• Experience with contract-based billing and ERP/billing automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer billing cycle and collections.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and contract compliant.
• Lead onboarding meetings and manage billing automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Legal, and IT to improve processes.
