Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Austin to own high-severity billing and quote-to-cash escalations. You will coordinate across Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and back-office teams, ensuring accounts are reconciled and actions completed with precision.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply governance tiers, and maintain executive-level visibility throughout resolutions, driving improvements across CPQ, ERP, and billing systems. Hybrid role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in billing, revenue ops, or back-office finance.
• Deep knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and CPQ.
• Experience with CPQ, ERP, CRM, and billing systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and evaluate high-severity billing and contract-related escalations.
• Own escalated accounts as primary contact for internal teams and major accounts.
• Apply governance tiers to prioritize and route escalations.
• Coordinate end-to-end account audits across CPQ, Billing, ERP, and Payment systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to correct errors and remediate accounts.
• Verify agreements, pricing, and billing terms against contracts before closing escalations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support monthly process improvements.
