Job summary

Flexcompute, a Boston-area startup focused on ultra-fast simulation, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to own post-sale finance activities and ensure clean revenue data. You will bill accurately, issue invoices on schedule, and support procurement and vendor portals.

You will partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to streamline quote-to-cash, reconcile data across HubSpot, Chargebee and QuickBooks, and scale processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in billing, finance, revenue, sales operations, or accounts-receivable roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Sheets) and ability to move data between systems.
• High accuracy and attention to numbers; minimal errors.
• Clear, professional written communication, especially for customer billing.
• Self-starter who owns end-to-end processes and follows through.
• Comfortable working across Sales, Finance, and customers to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Own billing operations end-to-end across all systems (HubSpot, Chargebee, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Own invoicing: create/issue accurate invoices, capture usage-based charges, meet delivery dates.
• Manage customer procurement and vendor portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) and maintain required documents.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Operations to ensure smooth flow from close to provisioning to billing.
• Drive quote-to-cash and ensure clean processes from order to collection.
• Run AR and collections: monitor aging, follow up on overdue invoices, resolve disputes.
