RethinkFirst in Utah is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support our billing teams by reconciling therapy session payments and posting them to customer billing systems, ensuring accurate accounts receivable. You will work with insurance portals, review EOBs/ERAs, enroll in ERAs when needed, and communicate trends to the AR team while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and a high standard of detail.

This hourly, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, learning opportunities across

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years payment posting experience.
• Able to learn and communicate with internal teams and insurers.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HIPAA-confidential handling of client data.
• Reconcile payments posted from the clearinghouse.
• Post manual payments in billing platforms.
• Review EOBs and ERAs.
• Post payments from insurer portals.
• Enroll in ERAs to reduce manual posting and track enrollment.
• Communicate trends to AR team for client.
• Identify underpayments/overpayments and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor key performance metrics.
• Review payor contracts when applicable.
