Job summary

Bandwidth is seeking a Billing Quality Analyst to protect accuracy across the company’s billing operations in Raleigh. You will execute cycles, assist audits, set up accounts, and manage rate updates under guidance, ensuring precise invoicing and compliance.

The role offers growth within a multi‑platform environment, cross‑functional exposure, and strong emphasis on process improvement and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1+ year(s) billing experience and 1-2 years analytical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Excel and able to analyze data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute portions of the monthly billing cycle and generate invoices with documentation.
• Assist with account setups and rate updates, ensuring correct dates.
• Support SOX compliance audits and document audit steps.
• Help with Revenue Assurance audits and preliminary data analysis.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support monthly Revenue Share processes and data preparation.
• Contribute to monthly revenue close tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date billing documentation and audit records.
• Build knowledge of Bandwidth pricing models and product contracts.
• Provide backup coverage for Billing Solutions Analyst when needed.
