Responsabilités

• Participates in identifying and recommending process improvement solutions for increased overall performance, and capability
• Prepares spreadsheets, graphics, and documents for tracking, reporting, documentation, and presentations
• Lead in creating a custom solution with detailed understanding of internal processes including SLA creation and implementation
• Collaborate across departments to document, develop and improve system and process gaps
• Provide information to Management on deliverables and status updates
• Maintain and exceed service level agreements regarding billing and transactional functions
• Ensure compliance of rules and regulations across all customer segments in all states
• Create process documentation across markets
