Qualifications

• Experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis; macros are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify process improvements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer interaction.
• Experience in the utilities or energy industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end commissions reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Submit pricing files to utilities as required.
• Perform pricing updates on sites to keep rates current and accurate.
• Perform AR review of account balances for the IL market external Bill Ready process.
• Monitor and resolve check rejections for IL Bill Ready files.
• Review daily usage-not-billing reports to identify unbilled accounts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve billing errors across systems.
• Validate external Rate Ready shadow billing reports against internal data.
