Outmarket is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our San Francisco-area team. You’ll own planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional programs that span engineering, product, design, and data.

You will shape plans, surface risks early, and establish an operating cadence that keeps fast-moving teams on track without breaking things. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in TPM roles and can translate technical detail into clear leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or a closely related role at a software/technology company.
• Proven ability to read system design docs and engage credibly with engineers.
• Strong track record shipping complex cross-functional software programs on time.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to align large groups.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid priorities in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for major cross-functional initiatives, from kickoff to launch and retrospective.
• Build and maintain program plans mapping dependencies across engineering, product, design, and data teams.
• Drive the operating cadence: plan cycles, standups, reviews, and launch readiness.
