Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Sr. Product Manager – Technical to support AWS Billing entity expansion and localized customer experiences.

Lead long‑term roadmaps, drive GTM plans, and translate insights into technical product decisions. Collaborate with engineering, finance, and sales to ensure successful launches. You will analyze customer data, set success metrics, and specify requirements with clear criteria for business outcomes and cross‑team alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• 2+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term vision, own the product roadmap and align dependencies across multiple product teams and key stakeholders.
• Create product vision and go‑to‑market strategy to drive product delivery and launches.
• Deep dive into customer data and feedback to ensure the right technical and business tradeoffs are considered as part of delivery.
• Own requirements gathering and feature definition of products including the appropriate success criteria to achieve desired business outcomes.
