We are seeking a Billing & Payroll Coordinator to join the CarePlus team! This position helps to manage both client billing and caregiver payroll. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Process client billing bi-weekly and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
• Process caregiver payroll bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Process long-term insurance claims and electronic client payments
• Monitor and review caregiver schedules to ensure correct billing
• Respond to and resolve client and caregiver inquiries regarding billing and payroll
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and report key metrics to leadership
• Support general administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience of performing accounts receivable and/or accounts payable functions preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
