The candidate will handle recurring tasks and occasional projects, with a focus on compliance and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in accounting, billing operations, collections, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process customer credit card and payment updates.
• Ensure contract and account terms reflected in billing systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve recurring billing and collections workflows.
• Own the collections process for past-due accounts and escalate per procedures.
• Execute force churns for non-payment or policy criteria.
• Apply account suspensions and soft locks per billing policy and SLAs.
• Reinstate accounts and reverse suspensions when paid.
• Maintain audit-ready records of account actions.
• Support month-end close tasks related to collections and receivables.
• Assist with cross-functional special projects as assigned by Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Billing.
